Returns Policy

Replacement Policy

We only offer replacements in the following circumstance:

  • You receive a wrong product that is different from the item you ordered.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The incorrect product must be returned in its original, unused, unopened condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase and photographs of the received product may be required for verification.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch the correct product at no additional cost if the replacement request is approved.
